Mobile App Discovery document
Ask Rexx 1.0 version is the MVP for a fun, intuitive, and easy-to-use mobile application that allows users to create quick polls on various topics, in order to facilitate decision-making or simply allow users to agree.
The Project
To gather the essential information needed to define and analyze the client's commercial needs, our team followed the Discovery phase essential steps. These steps ensured our team the understanding of end users and their needs to establish requirements.
- System requirements specification.

Project Management
As soon as the priorities and scope of the project were defined through data collection, a roadmap was established. In this roadmap, workflows were identified and the corresponding work was delegated to each team member, along with the priority needed by the team.
Throughout the design process, we conducted effective communication with the Product Owner. We held at least two weekly meetings to show the progress of the prototypes and discuss the business rules.
Closure
After the client reviews, analyze, and approve the prototypes, business rules, and everything related to their mobile application, we deliver the discovery document. Understanding everything about the client project is key to serving as a reference in the future. Having the document structured allows the client to be ready to start the development phase as soon as the time is right.
